1. Program Purpose
The Closers Playbook is a coaching and mentorship program designed to train life insurance agents to become high-producing, top-performing agents. We provide training, frameworks, support, and resources to help agents improve their skills and results.
Individual results may vary depending on your work ethic, effort, and implementation.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
Be a licensed or aspiring life insurance agent (where applicable)
Agree to comply with all laws, regulations, and carrier guidelines within your state or country
3. Payments & Billing
All payments for coaching, training, or digital products are final and non-refundable, unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Payment information is processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
By enrolling in the program, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
If you fall behind on payments, we reserve the right to pause or terminate access until the balance is resolved.
4. Program Access & Conduct
When you join The Closers Playbook, you receive access to:
Training modules, calls, and digital materials
Coaching sessions
Community platforms (Discord, group chats, membership areas)
You agree to:
Use the materials for personal business use only
Not copy, share, resell, or distribute program content
Not harass, threaten, or disrupt other members or staff
Maintain professionalism during calls and inside the community
Violation of these rules may result in removal from the program without refund.
5. No Guaranteed Results
We provide proven training, mentorship, tools, and support. However:
We do not guarantee income, results, or production levels.
Your success depends on your effort, implementation, licensing, carrier contracts, market conditions, and personal discipline.
Any examples, earnings, or outcomes mentioned are illustrative only, not a promise.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through The Closers Playbook—including videos, training materials, documents, branding, frameworks, and systems—is our intellectual property.
You may not:
Copy
Reproduce
Modify
Sell
Distribute
Share login access or materials
Doing so may result in legal action and immediate termination of access.
7. Communications Consent
By using our website or enrolling in the program, you consent to receive:
Emails
SMS messages
Program updates
Promotional offers
You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by clicking unsubscribe or replying STOP to SMS messages.
8. Program Changes & Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the program at any time to improve the training or adapt to industry changes.
We are not responsible for downtime caused by:
Platform outages
Technical errors
Third-party service failures
Maintenance periods
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any lost income, lost opportunities, business losses, or damages resulting from the use of our program.
You agree to participate at your own risk.
All coaching and training is educational only, not legal, financial, or compliance advice.
You are responsible for following all insurance industry regulations, carrier rules, and legal requirements.
10. Third-Party Tools & Links
We use third-party services such as Calendly, payment processors, messaging platforms, and communication tools.
We are not responsible for the policies, security, or practices of external websites or services.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the program if:
You violate these Terms
You engage in misconduct
You misuse content or breach confidentiality
Payments are not completed
Upon termination, you lose access to all materials, groups, and calls.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may update this TOS at any time. When we do, we will post the updated version here with a new “Effective Date.”
Continuing to use our Services means you accept the revised terms.
